How do I access my downloads?
We primarily operate as an online fashion store, which means you can shop with us from anywhere with an internet connection. We don't have a physical store location at the moment.
What's included with my purchase?
All patterns include a materials list with size charts, fabric recommendations, fabric yardage required, pattern options, and full-color photo tutorial with step-by-step instructions. Patterns also include:
- Print-at-home PDF pattern files in both women's misses and plus sizes (sizes 00-36) for women's patterns, 18m-12 for kids sizes, and standard and tall heights for men's patterns sizes 32-48.
- US Letter, A4, and A0 Copy Shop formats
- No trim pages
- Size layers so you can print only the sizes you need
- Complete sewing instruction ebook with our Perfect Fit custom fit adjustment tutorials
Can you help me with a step in your sewing instructions?
We love seeing your creativity come to life! While we can’t answer individual questions about specific sewing steps, you’ll find plenty of support in your pattern instructions, plus tutorials and helpful walk-throughs on our YouTube channel and blog.
How do I print a pattern?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, for a seamless and secure checkout experience.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Due to the nature of digital purchases we do not offer refunds on PDF pattern purchases. All sales are final.
