Where do I find the pattern’s instructions?
You should have received an order confirmation email with your download links. That list of links contains 6 pattern files (3 paper formats for misses and plus) and a PDF file containing the instructions ebook. In the instructions, you’ll find all of the sizing info, print charts, fabric requirements, etc. If you can’t find it, you can also login to your My Account page on the DIBY Club website, then click on “Downloads” to view all of your available download links there.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
Please send an email to [email protected] with ANY questions or concerns you may have with your order. For expedited service, please include your order number and email from the email address you use to access your DIBY Club account. We are happy to help!
First, check your spam/junk/promotions folders to see if we have been getting flagged into your junk system. No? Send us a message using the form below so that we can verify that we have your address correct in our system. If we can’t resolve it on our end, your email server may be blocking incoming messages from ours. In this case, contact your email provider to have them to troubleshoot the issue.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I checkout?
Digital Purchases » Once payment is complete/processed you should receive an email to your inbox shortly with the download links. You may also head on over to your My Account page and access your downloads from there, where you will have access to everything you’ve purchased.
Physical Product Purchases » Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing of physical goods before you receive a shipping notification. Orders will not be filled on Saturdays or Sundays. If for some reason you are unable to do either of these please send a message over to [email protected] and we can get you taken care of.
I’m locked out of my account. What do I do?
Please note that if we delete your account information from our database you will no longer have access to any previously purchased digital products. We will also be unable to access your order history from our end, making it impossible for us to assist you with any order related issues. If you are okay with this, please send a message to [email protected] and we will be happy to help! If you need us to remove your info in compliance with GDPR please mention this in your message.
