How long will it take for my order to arrive after I checkout?
Digital Purchases » Once payment is complete/processed you should receive an email to your inbox shortly with the download links. You may also head on over to your My Account page and access your downloads from there, where you will have access to everything you’ve purchased.
Physical Product Purchases » Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing of physical goods before you receive a shipping notification. Orders will not be filled on Saturdays or Sundays.
If for some reason you are unable to do either of these please send a message over to [email protected] and we can get you taken care of.
How do I make payment using PayPal?
It’s simple, you don’t even need to have a PayPal account to receive purchase protection from them. During checkout you can select to use PayPal as your form of payment. Our gateway will then direct you to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. If you have a PayPal account you can sign in. If you do not, simply select “checkout as guest” to complete the purchase. Wallah!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can order a gift card in any amount by visiting this page.
Can I gift a DIBY Club product to somebody?
Yes! Find the product you’d like to gift and click “gift this product”
Once you click this button, you’ll be prompted to customize a gift card for the amount of the product you want to gift.
Once you complete your purchase the recipient will receive an email with the gift card information and a link for them to purchase the product.
