First, check your spam/junk/promotions folders to see if we have been getting flagged into your junk system. No? Send us a message using the form below so that we can verify that we have your address correct in our system. If we can’t resolve it on our end, your email server may be blocking incoming messages from ours. In this case, contact your email provider to have them to troubleshoot the issue.
Please note that if we delete your account information from our database you will no longer have access to any previously purchased digital products. We will also be unable to access your order history from our end, making it impossible for us to assist you with any order related issues.
